LT YOUNG JOURNALISTS SHARPEN SKILLS IN PRESS CONFAB

Various elementary and secondary schools from La Trinidad are joining the 2026 District Schools Press Conference today at the La Trinidad Central School.

The activity consists of journalism lectures, workshops, competition proper, judging and giving of feedback from distinguished journalists and educators.

Through the office of PSDS Delarosa Delmas, the conference is staged every year to qualify student journalists to represent the capital town at the Division level.

The municipality continuously supports the conduct of the conference by allocating funds from its Special Education Fund.

Further, Mayor Roderick Awingan bolstered children and youth programs in the valley through the creation of the Project BEACON, which aims to harmonize programs for their holistic development.
