A total of 340 kilos of assorted vegetables from the municipal local government unit and the League of Associations at La Trinidad Vegetable Trading Post, Inc. made up the vegetable salad that was served to officials and the public during the culminating program of the 8th Highland Vegetable Industry Week on July 17. The motorcade, as part of the culminating program of the 8th Highland Vegetable Industry Week, was filled with colorful vegetables as participants from the different public and private organizations went around the valley this July 17 to celebrate this year's theme: “Educating Consumers, Promoting Highland Vegetables, Empowering Agri-Preneurs.” The culminating program of the event is ongoing at the municipal gymnasium with the vegetable salad tossing as one of its highlights
