Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN)

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) reminds all government officials and employees to file their Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) on or before 30 April.

Filing Deadlines

• Annual Filing: On or before April 30 of every year (reflecting net worth as of December 31 of the previous year).

• Upon Assumption: Within 30 days of assuming office.

• Upon Separation: Within 30 days of leaving government service.

Key Updates (Omnibus Rules on the SALN)

• Digital Filing: The CSC allows digital/online filing, submission, and online oath-taking.

• Spouse Signature: The mandatory signature of the spouse on the form has been removed.

• Forms: Declarants must use the updated prescribed forms available on the CSC Official Website.
