The La Trinidad MDRRMO, led by Yoshio Labi, recently conducted Mountain Search and Rescue (MSAR) training in Kapangan, highlighting the critical role of inter-LGU cooperation in effective disaster response. By equipping local responders with vital high-angle rescue and navigation skills, the initiative ensures a more unified and capable defense against the Cordilleras' rugged terrain.

La Trinidad Mayor Roderick Awingan thanked Kapangan Mayor Harris Dizon for the partnership, commending the participants for their dedication in enhancing inter-LGU disaster resilience and community safety.
