In a demonstration of community spirit and social responsibility, the Philippine Dental Association (PDA) – Benguet Chapter and the Rotary Club of Baguio Summer Capital spearheaded a gift-giving activity for the patients of the La Trinidad Disability Rehabilitation Center (LTDRC) as part of the "Yuletide Binnadang" initiative.

The event aimed to provide support and holiday cheer to the municipality’s Persons with Disabilities (PWD) sector. The visiting organizations distributed gift packs and engaged with the patients, highlighting the importance of private-public synergy in delivering social services.

Mayor Roderick Awingan extended his sincere gratitude to both organizations for their consistent commitment to the welfare of the community.

"We are deeply grateful to the PDA Benguet Chapter and the Rotary Club of Baguio Summer Capital for their generosity. Our goal now is to institutionalize this collaboration, and we look forward to partnering with them further to ensure the sustainability of these vital interventions for our rehabilitation center," Mayor Awingan stated.

The activity underscores the LGU’s commitment to fostering inclusive programs that prioritize the health and well-being of all constituents through the traditional Cordilleran spirit of Binnadang.
