The Municipality of La Trinidad welcomes the issuance of Special Permits by the Department of Transportation β Cordillera Administrative Region (DOTr-CAR) allowing the continued operation of authorized public utility vehicles along the Baguio CityβTili, Shilan, La Trinidad and vice versa routes.
These Special Permits cover 11 units for the Baguio-Tomay Jeepney Operators and Drivers Association Multipurpose Cooperative (BATJODA-MPC) and 12 units for the Benguet State University and Community Multipurpose Cooperative (BSUCMPC), ensuring that commuters have access to safe, legal, and reliable transport services. The permits shall be valid and effective until April 27, 2026, unless sooner revoked.
We extend our sincere appreciation to DOTr-CAR Regional Director PBGen. Glenn G. Dumlao (Ret.) for his support and to all partner agencies and stakeholders who worked together to make this possible. This milestone reflects our shared commitment to improving mobility, regulating public transport, and serving the daily needs of our constituents.
