Representatives from the JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) led by Kessy Reyes (seated), Chief of the Training Program Section made a courtesy call to Mayor Roderick C. Awingan on June 19, for their promotion of the various training and scholarships on capacity building courses for government personnel. The JICA team also reconnected with the mayor for updates on possible partnerships such as on Japanese technology and technical trainings that can be adopted by the municipality for the upliftment of the community.
