The Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), together with participating barangays, spearheaded the 2nd Batch of dredging and declogging operations across local creeks and canals as part of the continuing Binnadang initiative aimed at maintaining clean and flowing waterways in preparation for the rainy season.

The municipal-wide activity reflects the spirit of volunteerism and community cooperation, with residents and barangay volunteers working together to help reduce flooding risks and promote environmental cleanliness.

Mayor Roderick C. Awingan commends MENRO, the participating barangays, volunteers, and partner offices for continuously keeping the spirit of Binnadang alive through collective action and shared responsibility for the environment and community safety.
