Who can join:

✅ 15–30 years old

✅ Sole proprietor or partnership-type business

✅ Resident of La Trinidad, Benguet

✅ Not a previous grantee of any business grants (local, regional, or national)

✅ Not part of the Top 3 Winners from previous YEQ seasons

📌 Competition Requirements:

1. Must be registered via the YEQ Google Form

2. Valid government-issued ID with birthdate (for all partners)

– If none, attach a photocopy of Birth Certificate

3. Completed YEQ Business Proposal

4. Barangay Certification or proof of residency
