The 'Binnadang' spirit emerged among the youth of La Trinidad during a one-day clean-up drive joined by Sangguniang Kabataan officials, youth leaders, and volunteers along the Halsema Highway.

Mayor Roderick Awingan emphasized that the active participation of the youth in environmental protection and preservation is essential for creating an environmentally sound community, as they are meant to be the primary stewards of nature.

Environment Officer Arthur Pedro and Youth Officer Ricky Marcelo provided orientation and guidance to the participants during the activity to ensure the objectives were met.

"We have also initiated various environment-related activities in our respective barangays, but today, we unite as one sector to advocate for a clean and green municipality," said SK Federation President Frederick Guzman.
