𝗪𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗴𝘂𝗶𝘀

Following the recent assessment and identification of suitable locations for waste management signages, personnel from the Public Order and Safety Team (POST) of the Mayor’s Office, in coordination with the General Services Office (GSO) and the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), carried out the installation of designated garbage collection point signages in Barangays Pico and Puguis.

This activity forms part of the Local Government Unit of La Trinidad’s continuing efforts to strengthen solid waste management, prevent indiscriminate dumping, and promote discipline in waste disposal among residents and motorists.

The installed signages clearly indicate the designated garbage collection points, collection schedules, and proper disposal guidelines, serving as visible reminders for the public to observe the prescribed time and practice proper waste segregation. Non-compliance may result in penalties, in accordance with existing ordinances.

The Municipal Government enjoins the cooperation of the community in supporting these initiatives to help maintain cleanliness, protect the environment, and uphold the quality of life in the municipality.
