The listed Sangguniang Kabataan budgets for CY 2026 are those who have completed their Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP) which is part of the 3-year Comprehensive Barangay Development Plan (CBYDP). Those not included are in the process of finishing their documents. SK councils including Ambiong, Cruz, Balili, Beckel, Bineng, who lack the necessary quorum cannot utilize their budgets.

Moreover, SK budget accounts for 10% of the barangay allocation.

That said, the barangay and SK council budgets were also posted last year for CY 2025.

The local government’s sole purpose in posting the budgets ensures that transparency and accountability is at the forefront.
