Mayor Roderick C. Awingan recognized the efforts of students from Benguet State University – College of Information Sciences for developing a Personal Data Sheet (PDS) System for the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO).


The system is designed to streamline the collection of employee information, support the transition to digital records, and generate reports for more efficient personnel record-keeping within the Municipality.

Under the guidance of Isaac Layugan of the Mayor's Office.


This initiative highlights the value of collaboration between the academe and the local government in advancing digital solutions that enhance public service delivery.


The presentation was conducted before concerned municipal personnel for evaluation and potential adoption.
