The Office of the Municipal Agriculturist-Livestock and Veterinary Division brings its livestock, poultry, and veterinary services through a one-week barangay outreach program, aiming to cater to all residents, especially those in far-flung areas.

Livestock services include poultry and livestock farm geotagging, dog registration and tagging, dispersal monitoring, artificial insemination (AI), and biosecurity assessment. On the other hand, veterinary services provided are consultation, animal treatment, disease surveillance, deworming, vaccination, castration, spaying, and neutering.

An Information and Education Campaign (IEC) is simultaneously conducted on responsible pet ownership and registration.

The cost of transportation in attending consultations and trainings, farmers' availability to leave their work, and the lack of knowledge and skills on the production and management of poultry and livestock farming, particularly on biosecurity, are among the limitations faced by constituents, which the activity aims to address.

The outreach program kicked off last September 22-26, 2025, in Barangay Beckel, followed by Barangay Ambiong and Barangay Bahong. The program continues at Barangay Alno on November 3-7, 2025, Barangay Bineng on November 10-13, 2025, and Barangay Wangal on November 17-21, 2025.

The rest are scheduled for next year.
