𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗟𝗔 𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗗 𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗦 𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗜𝗡 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗗-𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧

From last year’s “High Level of Ideal Functionality” the municipality of La Trinidad has once again achieved an “Ideal Functionality” in DILG-CAR’s 2026 Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC) Functionality Assessment.

With 83 administrations assessed across the region, La Trinidad is exemplary in terms of the following areas:

• Organizational Sustainability

• Policies and Plans for Children

• Budget Allocation

• Service Delivery Monitoring

Under the leadership of Mayor Roderick Awingan, this award is dedicated to the community members who have devoted their lives to keeping our children safe, secure, and strong.

They say that it takes a village to raise a child and, indeed, La Trinidad has shown a firm commitment to its core values.
