DPWH PRESENTS ‘OPLAN KONTRA BAHA’ PROJECT

Following the consultative meeting on the La Trinidad Drainage Master Plan last September 4, the DPWH-Benguet 1st District Engineering Office is presenting ‘Oplan Kontra Baha’ (OKB) to key officials and heads at Lednicky Hall.

Mayor Roderick Awingan, together with Councilors Nestor Fongwan Jr., Richard Wacnisen, and Atty. Bartolome Baldas Jr., are being oriented on OKB, a nationwide non-structural program focused on declogging, desilting, and dredging local waterways.
