𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗫𝗜𝗠𝗨𝗠 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝟰𝟬𝗞𝗣𝗛

This applies to ALL cars, PUVs, PUJs, AUVs, SUVs, vans, motorcycles, and all other types of vehicles traversing the following roads:

• Town, Poblacion, Puguis, Km. 5 Circumferential Road

• Km. 3 to Town, Poblacion, to Tili, Shilan

• Km. 6 to Swamp Access Road

Exemptions.

• Physicians or medical workers responding to emergency calls

• Ambulance driving with active sirens and warning lights

• Fire trucks and military/police patrol cars responding to an alarm or emergency

Signages. The Municipal Engineering Office is directed to immediately install visible speed limit signs and visual cues at strategic intervals along the roads mentioned to inform motorists.

Penalties and Fines. Any driver caught violating shall be apprehended and subjected to fines and penalties in accordance with the La Trinidad Traffic Safety and Management Code (M.O. 1-2022) and Speed Limit Ordinance (M.O. 23-2017).
