Building on its solid partnership with TESDA-Benguet, another Community-Based Training, this time on Hair Rebonding and Coloring Treatment, officially began on July 29 at the Social Services Building, catering to fifteen participants from vulnerable communities.

Mayor Roderick Awingan eagerly welcomed TESDA Accredited Trainer Gwendolyn Seling to share her knowledge and expertise for the three-day training.

The activity covers basic essential skills on hair treatment techniques and proper scalp care, as well as step-by-step demonstrations with hands-on learning, aiming to open employment opportunities in the beauty and wellness industry.
