HOPE STUDENT TRIUMPHS IN BIBLE QUIZ

Jemima Sibal, a Grade 6 student of H.O.P.E. Christian Academy, Inc., bested 16 other participants during the Bible Quiz held at the Lednicky Hall on January 27, 2026, as part of the annual Bible Week Celebration.

Following closely are Jared Luke Sito from SPED Wangal, who secured the second place, and Cindy Appong from Central Balili Wesleyan Academy Inc., who placed third.

The competition challenged students through four rounds: essay writing, multiple-choice, fill-in-the-blanks, and a Bible verse word-search.

“All of you are winners because you not only represented your school but also carried the Word of God in your hearts,” Mayor Roderick Awingan remarked as he commended the participants for their dedication.

All winners and participants received certificates, tokens, and cash prizes.

The municipal government would also like to express its appreciation to the Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) as our partner organization for a successful event.
