IN SUPPORT OF SUICIDE PREVENTION MONTH
The Municipal Health Services Office (MHSO) is one with the nation in commemorating the Suicide Prevention Month this September through activities including this photobooth set up at the municipal Rural Health Unit at Barangay Puguis.
Here, municipal officials led by Mayor Roderick Awingan and Vice Mayor Guiller Galwan together with councilors Horacio Ramos, Jr., Richard Wacnisen, and Tyrone Diaz showed their support to the activity with the MHSO personnel and interns led by Non-Communicable Disease Cluster Head Dr. Genevieve Wagang-Degay.
The La Trinidad MHSO carries the tagline: "napateg ka, waday namnama" in support of the national suicide prevention month commemoration, as a continuing reminder that mental health is important and no one is alone in their struggles and that help is always available.
