LA TRINIDAD FINALIZES AGRI-INNOVATE MOA WITH BSU

Mayor Roderick Awingan sits down with Benguet State University (BSU) heads Janet Pablo, Jao-jao Somyden, Jemma Rose Kilakil, and staff for the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement for a program addressing excess vegetable supply in the municipality, earlier this morning.

The initiative aims to develop and pilot a supply chain management system based on data collected from traders.

Mayor Awingan also commented on including private traders in the survey and the benchmarking of technology from Thailand’s Maejo University, Mae Fah Luang University, and University of Phayao, who sent delegations earlier this year to visit the municipality and BSU.
