LGU LT IS SOLE PRIME-HRM BRONZE AWARDEE IN BENGUET

Civil Service Commission (CSC)-CAR Regional Director Fernando Mendoza conferred the Bronze Award on the municipal government under the leadership of Mayor Roderick Awingan earlier today, August 24.

As the only Bronze awardee in Benguet under the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM), the town was recognized for its standardized processes compliant with all four core HR systems: Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP); Performance Management (PM); Learning and Development (L&D); and Rewards and Recognition (R&R).

Joining RD Mendoza were Benguet Field Office Director II Atty. Allyson Locano and Chief Human Resource Specialist Maira Geneva Nuarin.

The award was received alongside Vice Mayor Guiller Galwan and Councilors Horacio Ramos Jr. and Tyrone Diaz.
