LT EMPOWERS YOUTH LEADERS

SK Chairpersons and youth representatives from the various barangays concluded the inaugural day of the La Trinidad planning workshop focused on youth development today.

The workshop encompassed a range of subjects, including fiscal planning and assessment, health and dietary practices, educational initiatives and CHED programs, economic advancement, and building peace and security.

Furthermore, the participants scrutinized the municipality's localized youth development blueprint. This plan is slated for approval by the youth council and subsequently to be forwarded to the Sangguniang Bayan for formal adoption.

The three-day undertaking endeavors to furnish youth leaders with proficiency in the ten focal areas of youth engagement.

The resource persons hailing from diverse departments within the Local Government Unit and its collaborating agencies were invited.

Mayor Roderick Awingan said that the vigor of young leaders is crucial in tackling the current problems facing youth and children.
