Mayor Roderick Awingan attended the turnover ceremony where various farm organization leaders and representatives received the farm inputs, as a means of easing the impact of the ongoing oil price hike and the effects of the previous habagat to our local farmers.
Wayet urged the farmers groups to prepare for the El Niño projected in the coming months while the mayor said the MLGU is continuously coordinating with the DPWH on its assistance for the improvement of the flow of water from the Strawberry Farm to the Bolo Creek towards the Balili River.
