Mayor Roderick Awingan administered the oath of the La Trinidad Peoples Council on September 10 with the following officers: President- Freda Gawisan, Vice President- Cristina Aban, Treasurer- Jocelyn Ringor, Secretary- Marivic Puyao, and Assistant Secretary- Flordelina Felix. The council is an active coalition and participatory governance body composed of accredited civil society organizations (CSOs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and people's organizations (POs) in the municipality embodying and strengthening the spirit of binnadang in the valley.
