MABALIN AGBAYAD: ADVANCED PAYMENT FOR 2027 REAL PROPERTY TAX IS NOW ACCEPTED

A 10% discount will be applied to prompt taxpayers until December 31, 2026.

Payers from January to March 2027 will receive an 8% discount.

Online Payment Available via Landbank just follow these steps:

• Notify the Treasury Office - La Trinidad of the amount to be paid.

• Go to www.landbank.com and click on Link.BizPortal.

• Click Pay Now, then choose merchant from the list or enter Municipal Government of La Trinidad, Benguet in the search bar.

• Select among the Transaction Types available, then click Continue.

• Fill out the transaction details and choose your preferred Payment Mode*. If LANDBANK/OFBank ATM, enter your 10-digit Account Number.

• Input Captcha Challenge and check the Terms and Conditions, then click Continue.

• Submit your payment details, including the One-Time Password (OTP) and ATM PIN.

• View/ Print Payment Confirmation Receipt.

• Participating BancNet member-banks

• Cash Payment Options via Partner Collection Outlets
