Mayor Roderick C. Awingan continues to support initiatives that strengthen tourism, hospitality, and service excellence in the Municipality of La Trinidad

Employees of Strawberry Valley Hotel and Restaurant (SVHR), an economic enterprise of LGU La Trinidad attended the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Training conducted by the Department of Tourism – Cordillera Administrative Region (DOT-CAR) at Venus Parkview Hotel, Baguio City.

The training focused on enhancing hospitality standards, customer relations, guest handling, service recovery, and professionalism among tourism frontliners. Through continuous capacity-building initiatives, the Local Government Unit of La Trinidad aims to further improve the quality of tourism-related services and guest experience in the municipality.
