MINAMIMAKI DELEGATION TAPS INTO LTVTP

As part of the ongoing efforts to strengthen farming relations, a delegation from Minamimaki, Japan, toured the La Trinidad Vegetable Trading Post (LTVTP) this morning, February 4.

While observing the trading hub, Market Supervisor Janice Alleg provided an overview of how farmers sell their produce, including who decides the prices and their distribution framework in the markets.

She also highlighted the impact of Executive Order 17-2024, the implemented color-coding scheme for vehicles in streamlining operations, ensuring the trading post stays organized and efficient.

By observing these systems in action, the visitors gained firsthand insight into the daily routines of La Trinidad’s dealers, traders, and farmers.
