The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) in the Cordillera this morning expressed its appreciation to the LGU of La Trinidad for actively participating as one of the key informants in the 2025 Survey on the Level of Awareness and Stakeholders’ Satisfaction on NAPOLCOM Plans, Programs and Policy Advisories.

Regional Director Atty. Henry M. Dungala, and lawyer Zane Mark D. Bongayon, NAPOLCOM provincial director, handed the Certificate of Appreciation to Mayor Roderick Awingan.

The brief meeting also discussed avenues to strengthen the partnership and coordination between the LGU and NAPOLCOM in advancing programs that promote peace, public safety, and effective law enforcement within the municipality.

Both parties underscored the importance of sustained collaboration in fostering community engagement, responsive governance, and initiatives that contribute to the continued maintenance of peace and order in the locality.
