NEWLY APPOINTED CO-OP RD VISITS LGU

Mayor Roderick Awingan warmly welcomed newly appointed Cooperative Development Authority (CDA)-CAR Regional Director Atty. Katherine Ellorin on September 9, 2026.

Together with Municipal Administrator and former CDA-CAR RD Atty. Franco Bawang Jr. and Legal Officer Atty. Victor Singa Jr., they explored future collaborations on upcoming training programs, the Cooperative Month Celebration, and the finalization of an agreement for the valley’s Mediation Hub.

Atty. Ellorin previously served as Attorney III and Legal Officer for CDA-Region I before assuming her current role as Regional Director on August 5, 2026.
