NEWLY APPOINTED EMPLOYEES UNDERGO ORIENTATION-WORKSHOP

Newly appointed employees of the municipal local government underwent an orientation-workshop on the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) and the preparation of the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) and Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR).

Mayor Roderick Awingan encouraged the new employees to do their best in serving the public with integrity, empathy, and with a smile.

The program was led by the Human Resource Management Office headed by Imelda Obidos on July 29 at the Pitaco Cafe and Restaurant in Barangay Pico.
