NOTICE: PERMANENT CANCELLATION & ABANDONMENT OF THE DATANIAN'S BATCHING PLANT PROJECT

Notice is hereby given to the public, particularly to the residents of Barangay Beckel, that MR. BEN P. CAYABAS, owner and proprietor of the Datanian’s Batching Plant located along the Baguio-Ambuklao Road, Barangay Beckel, La Trinidad, Benguet, has officially surrendered and requested the immediate cancellation of the Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) previously issued to him by the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) to operate such plant. In an official communication, Mr. Cayabas formally declared that due to the strong opposition expressed by the local community, he will no longer pursue the development, construction, and operation of the Batching Plant.
