Municipal and barangay officials, heads, and community members are racking their brains to come up with a drainage master plan for La Trinidad in an ongoing consultative meeting at the Lednicky Hall today, September 4.

Presenting the initial proposal, Municipal Engineer Benedict Pineda also briefed the council of ongoing projects in Bayabas, barangay Pico and Palmaville, barangay Puguis.

Additionally, an aerial video of the Bolo Creek revealed boulders affecting the smooth and continuous flow of water.

Meanwhile, DPWH Benguet 1st District Engineering Office tabled a proposal of their own based on their research.

Mayor Roderick Awingan, Vice Mayor Guiller Galwan and Councilors Jayson Dangwa, Bartolome Baldas Jr., Tyrone Diaz, Belmer Elis, and Richard Wacnisen proactively raised their concerns on the blueprints.
