Officials and personnel of PLDT-Smart Communications led by Debbie Hu (seated), first vice-president and network build, operations & maintenance group head, came in full force as they made a courtesy call to Mayor Roderick Awingan this July 28 for a partnership in building stronger connectivity in the municipality in terms of their service, as well as social engagement with the community.
A signing of the memorandum of agreement between Smart and the municipal LGU followed at the Lednicky Hall.
