Municipal employees led by Mayor Roderick Awingan together with agencies and volunteer groups planted 100 pine seedlings at the Puguis Communal Forest on Sept. 18 to celebrate the 126th Civil Service Commission anniversary. The 100 seedlings were planted to replace seedlings that did not survive during the previous planting activities in the forest. This year’s CSC celebration is with the theme: “Bawat kawani, lingkod bayani: puso, dangal, at galing para sa bayan.”
