• Micro taxpayers are those whose gross sales for the year are less than ₱3 million (Revenue Regulations No. 8-2024)

• Scope: Delinquent Accounts, Final and Executory Assessments, Pending Assessments (where applicable), Open Stop-File Cases

• Coverage: Cases existing as of December 31, 2025, with total basic tax liabilities and/or penalties not exceeding ₱80,000 per taxable year.
