STAR COLLEGES DELIVER RESEARCH PAPERS TO LGU

Four groups of Senior High School students from Star Colleges, Inc. turned over copies of their research to the local government yesterday, April 13, an initiative that champions evidence-based policymaking and supports community development.


During the visit, Mayor Roderick Awingan tested their knowledge by asking for the results and recommendations.


The outputs covered an array of topics, including:

  • Level of Digital Payment Adoption Among Microenterprises in Barangay Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet (Author: Aaron Gomaya)

  • The Relationship of Social Media Marketing on Boosting Bakery and Pastry Sales of Small Businesses in La Trinidad, Benguet (Authors: Gracellei Murray Daclis, Jeziah Ignas, Denzel Lacaden)

  • The Relationship of Body Weight, Training Frequency, and Warm-Up to Maximum Lift Weight Among Selected Male Gym-goers Aged 18 and Above in La Trinidad, Benguet (Authors: Jeric Keri Batanes, Dunn Kenerly Bartolome, Marck Adriane Rufino)

  • Gender Differences in Financial and Emotional Parental Support Among Single Parents (Authors: Steffel Zhee Mangapan, Zeiyah Medina, Majessa Mae Natuno, Jamel Tolidan)
