ALNO-KADOORIE INSPECTED

Mayor Roderick Awingan, alongside Police Chief PLt. Col. Zacarias Caloy Dausen, MDRRM Officer Yoshio Labi, Building Official Engr. Charles Tayaban, SB Secretary Edward Juanito and Councilors Jonie Puroc, Jayson Dangwa and Horacio Ramos Jr. inspected the landslide-affected area just behind Alno-Kadoorie Elementary School earlier today, August 10.

A team from the Municipal Engineering Office was also present to assist in assessing the structural integrity of the area and determining immediate measures to ensure the safety of the campus.

Report photos from students and parents show the extent of the damage, prompting the local administration to hasten implementation of effective short-term interventions while mapping out a more sustainable solution.
